Would like for all news posts to flow through the 4 squares chronologically. The main news post goes into side news post when another news post is posted.

To present company news in an easier way while ensuring employees do not miss any important posts.
Hi @kwilson thank you for submitting a request. Banner with News web part doesn’t automatically manage news between the main news and sidebar news because both news categories are defined separately:
Is your request related for it to automatically managing the main and sidebar news?
Yes, we thought it would be helpful to have an option to manage all the news posts in one way so that it displays the most recent news post as the Main News Post, and the three previous posts as the Sidebar News Posts. In this way, there is only one place to manage the posting of all news, instead of two separate systems. With the current system, there is not a way to add the Main News Post to the Sidebar Posts once there is a new Main News Post, and we want to ensure that all employees do not miss any news.
