Jul 23 (Enhancement) Kudos web part now lets recognize employees for company values
Kudos web part will now let you set company values for which employee recognitions would be posted. This can be done right in web part properties:
These values will then appear when someone choses to recognize an employee or a team:
As a result when the value is selected and posted, the card will appear like this:
Additionally, you can show a value filter so that employees can filter kudos by company values:

Aug 7 (Enhancement) Anniversaries web part lets you hide new employees from anniversary feed
You can now make it so employees with less than 1 year in tenure will not be shown in the anniversaries feed:
