Jul 23 (Enhancement) Kudos web part now lets recognize employees for company values
Kudos web part will now let you set company values for which employee recognitions would be posted. This can be done right in web part properties:
These values will then appear when someone choses to recognize an employee or a team:
As a result when the value is selected and posted, the card will appear like this:
Additionally, you can show a value filter so that employees can filter kudos by company values:

Aug 24 (Enhancement) Banner with News Plus lets you select where the thumbnail image comes from
You can select where your news post thumbnail will come from.
If you select:
- Thumbnail: it will come from page details → thumbnail
- High resolution: it will come from the first image found on the news page (like an image web part)
