Tracking RSVPs for events in SharePoint

You can set up your Events web part to track who has registered for an event.

Here is how you do that:

  1. Create a new event or Edit an existing event

  2. Scroll to the Link textbox

  3. Enter this URL in the address: https://your_tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/IntranetHome/SitePages/RSVP.aspx?event=Event Title
    In here:
    -replace “your tenant” with the URL of your tenant
    -replace “Event Title” with any event name that will let you track who has registered for what event

  4. Under Display Name, enter “RSVP here”, or any label that will prompt employees to RSVP

  5. Save your event

You can track who RSVP’d by accessing this list:
https://your_tenant.sharepoint.com/sites/IntranetHome/Lists/RSVP
