What is current web part behavior (or look) that doesn’t work for you?
- The Sort News By section does not include the option to sort by the publication date. After working with support we were advised that this column isn’t part of the logic for sorting and would need to be added to the webpart to allow sorting news by the publish date. Currently views do not always accurately sort due to an article that may have been started a month ago but was published today will show behind all of the articles created within that month.

What would you like the web part behavior (or look) to be?
- Additional drop down for sorting articles by published date so that articles are displayed in order of publication.

What is the scenario for which you need the suggested new look/behavior?
- Larger news post that get get initially created but not posted same day, do not show up at the front of the list in certain situations. It gets buried under all of the news that had been created between when the page was first created and published. Organization wide news can sometimes take a few weeks from initial creation to final publication which is what resulted us requesting this enhancement.
