What is current web part behavior (or look) that doesn’t work for you?
After adding subpages to main navigation items, that main navigation is no longer clickable

What would you like the web part behavior (or look) to be?
Since I added items under Practice Hub, I’d like the URL attached to it

Thank you for sending this request!
This is actually by design: when a navigation item has subpages (children), the parent link becomes non-clickable. We do this to keep the navigation consistent and usable across all devices especially mobile and tablets.

If the parent had a direct link and a dropdown, it would be very difficult (and sometimes impossible) for users to expand the submenu without accidentally navigating away, especially on touch devices. Disabling the parent link ensures that users can always open the child items reliably.

If you’d like to keep the landing page, we can recommend, creating a top-level landing page and move it as the first child under the parent.
For example:

  • Practice Hub
    • Practice Hub Overview (new landing page)
    • Resources
    • Policies
    • Training

Gotcha, that is a little odd since this is a pretty common web design practice. But I get were you are coming from and I can make that change for now.
