What would you like the web part behavior (or look) to be?

When hovering over the navigation, the first set of sublinks open when hovered over. The second set must be clicked precisely on the arrow to open child links. We would like to request the option to open the second set when hovered over as well, instead of hovering for one and clicking in the right spot for the other.

You can make it so the entire parent, for example Forms & Templates, below can expand or collapse child items:

For this, the URL of the parent must be empty, like this:

If URL is not empty, then clicking on the parent label will go to the URL specified instead of collapsing/expanding the children.
