Custom fonts are currently not supported in SharePoint Online.
Standard fonts are:
- Microsoft apps:Segoe-UI
- Origami apps: Lato
You’re not alone in asking for this feature.
This thread gives us a hope that Microsoft will make it easier to change the font soon
