Email Feedback App

The feedback app allows users to submit feedback to the site or page admin sent to them via email.

Adding the feedback app
  1. Click [Edit] on the page you’d like to add the app to
  2. Click the [+] icon in the desired section
  3. Search for the “feedback” app and add it to the page
  4. Click [Edit web part] link on the page
  5. Set the app header text in the [Header Text] field (default is Feedback)

  6. Set the recipient email address, the subject line for a new feedback submission, and the maximum message allowed to be sent as shown below:

  7. Save the page

NOTE: Prior to the feedback app being able to send emails, you must request your IT administrator to set up app permissions described in this post: Enabling the Feedback app to send email from SharePoint
