The Compliance Dashboard is a companion web part to the Mandatory Read/Policy Acknowledgment. It shows a list of all mandatory compliance items and percentage of how many users have accepted and haven’t accepted each.
You can also drill down to see exactly which users completed which item:
To add a web part, simply click the (+) button in the section of your SharePoint page and look for the web part titled:
