Anniversary (Live) Job Titles

Hi! Just noticing it would be great to show job titles in the Anniversary (live) web part, if possible, for anniversary and the new hires. Gathering feedback from our users and finding they utilized our previous lists to contact and meet with new hires as well as go back and locate them after meetings(often only having the job titles to recall their name)

Would be great if this was the shown fields in the format, or an option to show:

Name
Job Title
Join Date/Anniversary Date
