The team looked at your request and it looks like the original issue was to do with Banner Half-Image web part which prompted you to use Carousel with Expanding Links.
So as a first step, we fixed many of the issues you’ve raised with Banner Half-Image.
Could you please request an upgrade from support for the Banner Half-Image web part?
Please note that Banner Half-Image options have changed, and if you’re using this web part on pages, after the upgrade you will need to adjust your web part properties slightly with those new options (see 2026 Release Notes).
If this addresses the issue, then all good.
If not, please let us know on this thread and we will make adjustments to Carousel with Expanding Links web part as requested.
