In the calendar webpart, if we load it in the current month and it displays from today to the end of the month, we use the arrow to move to the next month and we come back to the current month, then the whole month is hightlighted. Could the current month always display from today til the end of the month?

The current behavior of Calendar is very intentional. When the Calendar web part first loads, it starts from today’s date so users can quickly see what’s coming up. However, once a user begins navigating to previous or future months, the intention of the UI is to display the entire month’s events. That’s because at that stage, users are usually browsing more broadly and may want to see everything scheduled in that month, not just what’s ahead.
This balance helps ensure that on initial load the focus is on upcoming events, while navigation provides the full monthly view.

From where we are seeing it, it’s a bit confusing as the user goes to the next month and hits “back” to go back to the the current one, the display is different. For months previous to the current one, it makes perfect sense though! But I understand you can’t change it ! Thanks for letting us know!
