What is current web part behavior (or look) that doesn’t work for you?
Currently there is no built in Title that is visible for the section of Contact Cards you are placing on the page. You have to add a Header webpart and there is a large amount of excess space that this causes.

What would you like the web part behavior (or look) to be?
I’d like the option to include a Title for that displays at the top of the Cards web part. Also I would like to see the titles of employees to word wrap to another line if the title is to long and gets cut off. Mockups in the image below.
What is the scenario for which you need the suggested new look/behavior?
This would allow for a cleaner more compact page design. When adding several contact sections with heading webparts the page gets used up very quickly and results in a large amount of unnecessary scrolling.

To bring these 2 web parts closer together, we recommend putting them both into a Flexible section.
As you can see below, you can make them show up really close.
For the Job Title being cut off, this looks like a bug. Would you please let support know so that it’s tracked as a bug and you will receive direct resolution for the issue.
Thank you for this info. We tried this but with having a large amount of different resolutions between laptop displays, monitors, tablets and mobile devices the flexible sections have not proven to be reliable enough in all resolutions to display webparts properly without content incorrectly overlapping changing resolution. One other issue is when doing a 3 column for the contact cards in a flexible section the right side of the card further disappears as the resolutions change. Included is a photo of what happens in the flexible section.
I will submit a bug request for the title being cut off.
