Currently, the title formatting only supports capitalizing each word.
Enhancement Request: Could we add support for sentence case and all caps as additional formatting options?

Congrats! We have an update: the web part will no longer enforce style so that you can type text in the format you wish and the web part will display the text as you typed it. Please reach out to support for an upgrade.
