Click the **Manage Kudos** button in the web part properties. > > 2. Click **Gear** → **Site contents** > > 3. On the settings page, click **[Permissions for this list]** > > 4. Click **Grant Permissions** and in the popup specify **“Everyone but external users”** > > 6. Click **Share**. This will ensure when Readers share their feedback, this list will allow them to store that feedback. > **Setting up email notifications** > > You can make it so that each time a new recognition is posted, the employee who got recognized or a group of employees gets a simple email letting them know! > > To set this up, you need to perform 2 steps: > > 1. Here is how to set this up: > > **1. Access List Settings:** > > Within the Kudos list, click on **Settings (gear icon)** \> **List settings**. > > **3. Configure Versioning Settings:** > > - Under **General Settings** , click on **Versioning settings**. > - Set the following options: > - **Require content approval for submitted items?** – Select **Yes**. > - **Create a version each time you edit an item in this list?** – Choose **No** or **Yes** , depending on your preference. > - **Who should see draft items in this list?** – Select **Only users who can approve items (and the author of the item)**. > > **4.
