What would you like the web part behavior (or look) to be?

Select the value demonstrated from a checklist/dropdown of user defined specific options: (Kudos currently doesn’t offer this)
We would want to be able to categorize kudos feedback by a list of choices - ideally with a name and a descriptor separate (in our instance we want to recognize against company values, which have a value name and a descriptor. -
As part of this we’d want to add a setting to the existing web part that displays nominees that groups them by category, so that when browsing, one can see who was nominated from a value-by-value perspective. Currently the Kudos web part just groups all praise together.
