# Anniversary Webpart: Ignore recently hired employees

The current live anniversaries webpart includes people who were recently hired and shows them as “celebrating 1 year soon”. We would like an option to only include people who were hired more than X months ago so they did not appear.

We attempted to use the filter by security group with both a dynamic and static group. In both cases, the webpart did not include all members of the group. We have 1,302 employees who in each of the groups (employees hired more than 11 months ago).
